i have a ford probe (is basically a mazda mx-6) and it has a air separator and i answered a question like this before, i will put in a link for it...
here it is https://answersrip.com/question/index?qid=20080110182413AAPCIZX
since you have a mx-3 go under your year car and see if they have mx-3 as an option i never checked, if they dont join a mx-3 forum and there might be some people there selling their air separator tanks
hope it helps, one thing tho, i dont know if this will fit the mx-3 their separator take might be different, also check some local junk yards and see if you can find this part for your car.
good luck

To tell you the truth, I don't know what the difference is, but the interchange manual says no. I suspect that it has to do with the axles as these do not interchange either. The 94 has a different spline count on the inner joint, so the axle will not mate. There is a difference in length of them also, so getting complete CV axles to mate with the transmission might be difficult.

first..... what is the problem? an air separator? i havent heard of that before so
you have somewhere a 3 hoses connected to something.... and why you want to take out all those hoses appart? for what? or try to get another name of what you are looking for because air separator is nothing common
